Our journey started the year 1968 with a very small plantation located by a small commune in the province of Los Ríos. In a region where cacao was the predominant crop, we decided to take a different path. While this plantation are not longer in our possession, they are the roots of our company. Lessons learned and the love for the land are still present in our daily operations.
Starting in 1996 we starte adquiring what will become our main plantations. This are mostly located in the same region of Los Ríos. No longer a small comune, the now city of Valencia was home to many of our workers. We have been working with the many of the same families for generations. We are proud to be part of their lives and to have them as part of ours.
With changes on local laws, we start exporting our bananas to the United States. Partnering with local distributors, we are able to bring our product to the US market and later to Europe as well. At the beging fullfilling order under different brand and later on bringing our own brand for premium and organic bananas.
As we expand to different markets around world we partners with local producers. Our network of suppliers is carefully veted to ensure the quality of our product. We work in partnership with them and ensure any claims from our client and prompty solved.
